Terms of Service
Updated: April 27 2024I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
ABOUT PAYMENTS1. I'll send an invoice to you after the final budget is approved. You'll have a 10 days window to make 50% of the payment. Final payment is due before final delivery.I'll send a confirmation e-mail when I receive it.2. Your payment will save your spot on the waiting list. This list goes from Older (smallest number) to Newer (biggest number). Keep an eye on this list to know when's your turn.3. I'll book out several commissions at a time, which means months of work will be already reserved/booked, but you still need to pay 50% to reserve your spot in the queue.4. Payment Plans are available for commissions totaling over $500! DM or email me to discuss!5. I have a 𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 policy unless I'm unable to do your art. Please, assume that I'll get to your art when it's your turn and if anything happens I'll keep you posted. Be aware.6. Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.
ABOUT COMMISSIONS1. The estimated quote given in the commission form is an estimate. Once I receive the form I will DM or Email you with an appropriate quote.2. Changes or omitted details in the middle of a commission will be charged extra (if I haven't started, you can still send me references, but spamming me will just make the process slower).What I'll need from you (sent via the form):A- A small/short description of the art (please limit the text to a couple of paragraphs).B- Plenty of visual material of the character you want (face, clothes, props, etc). Also if you want a certain version or clothing of your character, send those references only, so it doesn't become confusing for me.C- If you want a pose (or similar), you can even send a fast stick figure doodle.D- What kind of background you want and what it is going to include.3. You'll be sent an e-mail/message informing when your commission has just started.4. Your art includes 2 rough sketches. A third sketch or a complete change of heart to get another sketch will cost extra (that will be charged before continuing your commissions).5. You get 2 correction sessions on sketch phase. Requesting other corrections session after this point will cost extra. And remember: the sooner you provide feedback/corrections, the sooner I get to work back on your art.6. Illustration and emote commissions are usually completed within 3 - 4 months from start aka Sketch in queue to delivery. VTuber Model Art, Rig Onlys and Art + Rigs can and will take 6+ months to complete from start to delivery. I am chronically ill and would like to not worsen my conditions.7. Clients will be sent WIPs during the sketch and lining phases. Edits should be finalized before the commission progresses to the rendering stage.8. Commissions with hard deadlines will take priority and incur further fees.9. All commissions shall be showcased on my social media & portfolios. Although you can request to remain anonymous, asking me to not show your art publicly will have an extra cost, be aware.10. I may use commissioned "fan art" pieces at merch, events, banners and graphic pieces of my own (among others), the .psd files or your commissioned art might be used for Patreon/SubStar subscriptions.Remember: the art you commission is for your personal use only, but it's still my property (unless you want to acquire commercial use or intellectual rights).11. Final images will be sent to you at 300 DPI HQ .jpegs and/or .png files, RGB color profile, depending on what you request. They'll include my signature somewhere, not my logo.Posting to Twitter, BlueSky etc are fine so long as credits are properly given. On Twitter RTs are encouraged but if you repost your own commission that's fine by me too.
ABOUT COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY1. I, the artist, hold rights to the produced drawing. I am allowed to use the finished artwork to promote myself and in my portfolio.2. The commissioner is allowed to:
Use the completed artwork for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
Print the art and claim rights to their character(s) but not the artwork.
Use the artwork to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. A link to my Twitter will suffice as credit.3. Clients are NOT permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT), AI machines, or Crypto-related schemes.
The use of the artwork for any advertising, profits, or "neural machine "learning"" associated with the before mentioned is strictly prohibited.ABOUT COMMERCIAL USAGE1. If you, the Client, decide to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.2. The minimum price increase is 300% of the original price.3. The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc).4. Examples of Commercial Use:

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
